Hi! We just wanted to introduce ourselves. My name is Howard Marlin and together with my beautiful wife Stephanie we are here to provide you with all kinds of practical knowledge laid out in a way than can hopefully help anyone succeed not only in the kitchen but in the home.
We will be covering a few different topics but we will be concentrating on cooking information, tutorials, and recipes worthy of any restaurant easily made at home with a budget in mind. Other topics might include beverages (both alcoholic and non-alcoholic), around the house DIY projects (we own a 140 year old house so there are always plenty of these), organization, gardening, and maybe some crafts.
We sincerely hope that we are able to help explain everything in a clear concise way that makes sense not only to someone who can burn water, but to the seasoned home or even professional chefs.
